She Loves Boon delivers a sound that has become impossible to ignore. The New York-based visionary blends high-pitched vocals with pop, electronic, and rap sounds into distinctive genres. Coming off a strong year in 2021 with a handful of genre-pushing singles, She Loves Boon returns for more with his new single, "party by myself."

In collaboration with funeral, She Loves Boon takes influence from pop, electronic, and drill sounds to create a solo-dolo anthem. A dynamic, bubbly landscape holds lyrics about lonely and isolated feelings, whether the setting is an actual party or a metaphor for elsewhere. The euphoric and energetic feeling brought from the loe4t production ironically balances the song's deeper meaning, making this listen even more engaging. On the vocal performance side, both artists continue to shine, using creative approaches that ultimately lead to addicting overtones.

The accompanying music video, directed by Adam Ginsberg, follows She Loves Boon around the city for a night where he seemingly encounters those lone feelings even though he's with a group. The shots and edits help transfer feelings to the listener that She Loves Boon describes.

Don't sleep on She Love Boon's 2022 debut, and be on the lookout for his debut album on the way titled Emotional Trap. Stream the new track and video below.
