Eight-piece group Illusion Hills are firing out their ideas in 2022, and it's paying off. The eight-member group carries all walks of creativity, from vocalists and producers to photographers and editors. The crew has recently started coming into their sound, playing to a blend of rock, alternative, and electronic pop with a unique natural texture. Now returning to build on the sonic character and add more excitement to the future, Illusion Hills teams with aldrch for a hyper-rock venture in "chasm."

The new single transports listeners through Illusion Hills' phases of feelings and being, where one door closes to reveal another one freeing them of an acquainted base. The chorus alone presents this cycle break in real-time as an acceptance of unfulfilled fate turns to a better setting through an uncomfortable change. Illusion Hills is climbing out of the "chasm," or in other words, the dormant state of artistry they've seen themselves stuck in, breaking through the ceiling to new heights, finding new peace in unknown and uncomfortable territories. New York native aldrch adds to the story with an addicting cascade of hopeful yet shapeless instrumentation that bridges all words, feelings, colors, and portrayals.

Don't miss out on Illusion Hills' new start and another dependable soundscape from aldrch. Stream "chasm” below.
