FULMETALPARKA$ and Boris the Lucid Link for Two-Track EP ‘Lovelorn'
The music coming out of Virginia right now is some of the most exciting at this moment. Natives FULMETALPARKA$ and Boris the Lucid are two more names to add to the list of talent if you don't have them there already. Both have been doing their thing for a minute, as FULMETALPARKA$ holds a truly unique shadowy vibe, and Boris the Lucid's silky vocals complement every track he touches. Now teaming up for a new mini-EP, the two release Lovelorn.
The new offering contains two songs with laid-back vibes, hitting all ends of the spectrum to the sounds in which each artist succeeds. The first track, "At What Cost," possesses a psychedelic indie-like vibe with live drums and revolving synths. Boris the Lucid lays a mesmerizing verse, counting broken feelings on the topic of the cost of love. FULMETALPARKA$ adds a faster-paced verse that complements the tone and message of broken hearts. Track two, "Wanna know," sees more of the same chemistry from the duo. This time the message gears toward persons of interest with a more persuasive tone. Both artists claim to be the better option out of all the other guys they're talking to "on the gram" and beyond.
