Djembe Brings in Fall with New Single "October"

Djembe is putting out some of the finest music in the underground. The Maryland native's tone and sound structure are bound to eventually break through the gates, consistently meeting industry standards and holding impressively unique traits. On top of all the talent, the real standout comes in songwriting, where Djembe effortlessly crafts potential hits that are simply waiting to find the right audience. The creative has been busy packaging his skills over the year, releasing a project and over twenty additional songs on Soundcloud, along with a DSP-exclusive single, "Switches," that initially grabbed my attention. Now returning for a Fall anthem, Djembe drops "October."

"October" plays to all of Djembe's powers, elevating a strong vocal performance through catchy songwriting and distinguishable timbre. A melodic, synth-and-piano-driven beat leads the way as Djembe disperses feel-good lyrics, praising hard work and adopting habits while spreading awareness to a team that helps solve problems. The track carries tones of a genuine flex, all surrounding the crown line "shit gets spooky like October." This is an emphatic outing from Djembe and another song that's leaving me impatiently waiting for the next.
