Babydraco Offers New Talent and Expression on "Cyclone"
Atlanta-based artist babydraco is back for a new conscious offering. 2021 became the start of the movement where this creative had his foot on the gas all year long with a nine-track album, EP, and almost ten separate singles. When you see a work ethic like that, it's hard to deny the passion behind the art, and the evident growth backs that even more. Babydraco's sound never just sounded like "everyone else;" a characteristic of the sound differentiates the music from the general scene. Instead of forcing a sound or direction, the creative seems to accept whatever feels natural within his range at the moment, and I think that's the biggest x-factor in his music. Now returning for his first solo offering of 2022, babydraco releases "Cyclone."
The new single builds on babydraco's creativity, mixing virtual-type production with expressive lyricism and catchy tones. "Cyclone" sees the artist stuck in his head with a past relationship, and although he's moved on with a new partner, thoughts still linger of what could have been. Babydraco shows a new side of vulnerability on this record, and a wishful picture draws itself through the lyricism. A good variety of flows accompany the dynamic writing, pushing this song into spaces of emotive catchiness. Production is handled by LAVISH, whose beat easily could have fit for flex or flaunt but instead blends perfectly with babydraco's love traumas.
Babydraco is only getting better with time, and this release indicates more talent and expression from the artist on the rise. Catch a vibe with "Cyclone" below.
